Established in 1995, the factory is located at No. 524 Bohai Road (Three), Binzhou city of Shandong province, taking an area of 7,000 square meters including plant area of 3,500 square meters. With existed staff of 190, five Swedish Saurer double twisters (1,000 spindles), 20,000 twister spindles, the factory has an annual output of 4,000 tons of pure cotton and T/C compound yarns, creating an annual industrial value of 80 million, profit tax of 8 million, foreign exchange of 3 million US dollars.
